1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the services provided by KRAY BKK Co., Ltd. ("Company", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Services Description
KRAY BKK is a full-service creative agency providing advertising, branding, digital marketing, content production, web development, and related creative services. The scope and details of services will be specified in individual project agreements.
KRAY BKK เป็นเอเจนซี่ครีเอทีฟครบวงจรที่ให้บริการด้านการโฆษณา การสร้างแบรนด์ การตลาดดิจิทัล การผลิตคอนเทนต์ การพัฒนาเว็บไซต์ และบริการสร้างสรรค์ที่เกี่ยวข้อง ขอบเขตและรายละเอียดของบริการจะระบุไว้ในข้อตกลงโครงการแต่ละรายการ
3. Intellectual Property Rights
All creative works, designs, content, and materials produced by KRAY BKK remain our intellectual property until full payment is received. Upon complete payment, ownership rights will transfer to the client as specified in the project agreement.

4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, necessary materials, and timely feedback. Delays caused by client-side issues may affect project timelines and deliverables.

5. Payment Terms
Payment terms will be outlined in individual project proposals. Standard terms require a deposit before project commencement with remaining balance due upon completion. Late payments may incur additional fees.

6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of all client information and project details. Unless agreed otherwise, we may showcase completed work in our portfolio with client approval.

7. Limitation of Liability
KRAY BKK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
KRAY BKK จะไม่รับผิดชอบต่อความเสียหายทางอ้อม ความเสียหายโดยไม่ได้ตั้งใจ หรือความเสียหายที่เป็นผลสืบเนื่องจากการใช้บริการของเรา ความรับผิดทั้งหมดของเราจะไม่เกินจำนวนเงินที่ชำระสำหรับบริการที่เป็นปัญหานั้น
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
